Shaboodle is a document storage service provided by Blue Smile Technologies, designed to help you store and manage documents related to assets, asset paperwork, and financial correspondence (the "Service"). By using Shaboodle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Shaboodle is a document storage facility. You may upload, store, and manage:

  • Financial correspondence — bank or investment statements, letters from financial institutions, tax records, insurance documents
  • Other documents, images, notes, or metadata you choose to upload or create

7 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as:

Documents & Stored Content Retained while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period. Backup copies may persist temporarily but are securely isolated and deleted in line with our retention policies.
